腮腺肿瘤切除术中高频电刀的应用

目的:观察在保留面神经腮腺肿瘤切除术中电刀的应用。方法:对32例腮腺肿瘤患者应用高频电刀行浅叶切除或区域切除术。术后面神经功能采用H-B系统进行评价。结果:应用电刀切除腮腺肿瘤可造成短时神经失用,但长期观察未见有永久损伤。结论:腮腺肿瘤切除术中应用高频电刀具有副作用小、手术时间短和减少出血的优点。

Application of high frequency electro scalpel in parotid tumor resection

Objective:To evaluate the application of high frequency electro scalpel in parotid gland tumor resection.Methods:The parotid tumor resections in thirty-two patients with the parotid tumor were performed by high frequency electro scalpel.The function of facial nerve was evaluated by House-Brackmann system after the resection.Results:Temporal paralysis was occurred after the resection,but there was no permanence paralysis in long term.Conclusion:This approach has many advantages,such as shortening operation′s time span;little blooding.It′s a practical method in parotid tumor resection.
