| 摘 要： | 肝脏缺血／再灌注（I／R）损伤是临床上较为常见的组织器官损伤之一，细胞凋亡在肝脏I／R损伤中起到了重要作用。近年来的研究发现，I／R导致线粒体通透性改变，由此引起线粒体膜电位的降低和促凋亡蛋白的释放等一系列变化，在细胞凋亡中发挥关键作用。
