血管内皮生长因子基因疗法诱导缺血心肌血管生成(9例报告)

摘    要:目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)基因疗法促进缺血心肌血管生成作用。方法 患者9例,对角支供血范围广但对角支血管远端弥散病变且通畅欠佳或闭塞而无法进行旁路移植,将pCD2-VEGF121质粒注入患者左室前侧壁心肌中,3个月后进行冠状动脉造影。结果 造影显示,注射pCD2-VEGF121的局部心肌可见小血管形成,结论 血管内皮生长因子 基因疗法能促进缺血心肌血管生成,提示VEGF基因疗法可作为冠状动脉旁路移植术的补充方法。为弥漫性冠状动脉病变的病人提供更有效的治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective To demonstrate the feasibility of gene therapy with vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) promoting myocardial neovascularization. Methods Plasmids pCD-2|VEGF-{121} were injected into anterior|lateral wall of left ventricular of 9 patients with diffuse distal disease or a lack of available conduits for diagonal branches during coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG) procedure, coronary angiography were performed 3 months later for those patients. Results Patients' postoperative coronary angiography indicated that collateral filling of local myocardium where plasmids were injected could been found. Conclusion Gene therapy with VEGF can promote ischemic myocardial neovascularization. ;
