| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清总胆汁酸（TBA）测定对肝血管瘤肝功能评价的意义。方法 采用循环酶法，对29例肝血管瘤患者血清TBA水平进行测定。结果 肝血管瘤患者血清总胆汁酸水平明显高于对照组，P〈0．05。结论 血清总胆汁酸测定是评价肝血管瘤患者肝功能的重要指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the assessment significance of detection of serum total bile acid(TAB) in hepatic angioma.MethodsThe serum TBA of 29 cases of such patient were detected with circle enzyme method.ResultsThe level of serum TAB in observing group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe serum TBA might be an important data in assessment of liver function. |
