| 摘 要： | 目的观察华佗再造丸联合丁苯酞胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法82例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组口服华佗再造丸和丁苯酞胶囊;对照组口服维脑路通片和川芎嗪注射液静脉注射,两组各用药1个月后进行神经功能缺损评分和疗效评价,并评价其预后。结果神经功能缺损评分ESS,治疗前两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论华佗再造丸联合丁苯酞胶囊治疗缺血性脑卒中安全有效。
