真空臭氧消毒机对家庭饮用水消毒效果的实验研究

摘    要:目的 观察真空臭氧消毒机对家庭饮用水的消毒效果。方法 以大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)8099作为指示菌,按照 GB /T5750-2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》对不同水量、水温、盛水容器下的饮用水消毒效果进行检测。结果 当消毒机箱内压强为50 kPa时,对各水样消毒15 min后,50、100、150 ml水样的平均杀灭率分别为(79.14±0.01)%、(70.99±0.00)%、(64.12±0.02)%;常温(22℃)和低温(4℃)水样的平均杀灭率分别为(70.99±0.00)%、(92.01±0.00)%;100 ml烧杯、250 ml烧杯、平皿(150 mm)所盛放水样的平均杀灭率分别为(67.48±0.01)%、(70.99±0.00)%、(97.75±0.00)%。结论 在本实验条件下,所用真空臭氧消毒机对家庭饮用水中的大肠杆菌有一定的杀菌效果,具有开发成为家庭日常杯量饮用水消毒机器的潜力。

Abstract:Objective To observe the disinfection effect of vacuum ozone disinfector on family drinking water. Methods Escherichia coli 8 099 was used as the indicator microorganism to test the disinfection effect of drinking water under different water yield, water temperature and water container according to GB /T5750-2006 Standard Test Method for Drinking Water". Results Under the condition that the pressure was 50kPa in the disinfection the water samples for 15 minutes, , the average killing rate of 50 ml, 100 ml, 100 ml water samples were (79.14±0.01)%, (70.99±0.00)%, (64.12±0.02)%, respectively. The average killing rate of room temperature (22℃) and low temperature (4℃) water samples were (70.99±0.00)%, (92.01±0.00)%, the average killing rate of the sterilization of 100ml beaker, 250ml beaker, and plate was(67.48±0.01)%, (70.99±0.00)%, (97.75±0.00)% after disinfection of all water samples for 15 min. Conclusion Under the condition of this experiment, the vacuum ozone disinfector has a certain bactericidal effect on the Escherichia coli in family drinking water, and has the potential to develop for drinking water disinfection in the household daily cup.
