代谢综合征与危险因素的相关研究论文可视化分析

目的 分析国际和国内代谢综合征与危险因素相关研究的热点与前沿,为国内研究者提供参考。方法 在Web of Science和CNKI两大数据库中以“代谢综合征”(“metabolic syndrome”)和“危险因素”(“risk factor”)为主题词,检索1998年至2017年发表的相关文献,利用Citespace V软件进行可视化分析。结果 近20年来,国际上关于代谢综合征与危险因素的论文数量呈先上升后下降趋势;而国内则呈先上升后进入平台期且缓慢下降的趋势。国际上的研究热点早期为实验室指标和相关疾病,后期转为公共卫生人群大数据;国内的早期研究热点也是实验室指标,后转为相关疾病和统计学方法。国际上核心作者呈百花齐放但又相互紧密联系的状态,而国内核心作者则缺乏联系。结论 近20年来,国内在该领域的研究论文数量并不少,但关于全国范围的公共卫生方面的研究不多,且缺乏省份、研究机构间的合作。

Visualization analysis of the studies on metabolic syndrome and risk factors

Objective To analyze the hot spots and frontiers of international and domestic studies on metabolic syndrome and risk factors,and to provide a reference for domestic researchers.Methods In the two major databases of Web of Science and CNKI,the words "metabolic syndrome" and "risk factors" were used to search the relevant literature published from 1998 to 2017.Visual analysis with Citespace V software was performed.Results In the past 20 years,the number of papers on metabolic syndrome and risk factors in the world has appeared an up-trend first and down-trend late.In China,the number of papers has risen first and then entered the plateau stage and slowly decreasing.Early international research hot spots turned into big data about public health population from laboratory indicators and related diseases,and early domestic research hot spots were also laboratory indicators and then turned into related diseases and statistical methods.The international core authors were in a state of blossoming and closely connected,while domestic core authors lack contact.Conclusion In the past 20 years,there have been many research papers in this field in China,but there are not many types of research on public health in the whole country,and there is a lack of cooperation between provinces and research institutions.
