郑州市中学生健康危险行为状况及其影响因素分析

目的 了解郑州市中学生健康危险行为和生活技能状况及其两者之间的关系,为郑州市中学生身心健康成长提供支持。方法 采用方便抽样的方法在郑州市2所中学以班级为单位随机对422名在校中学生进行健康行为问卷和生活技能评价问卷的调查。结果 郑州市中学生健康危险行为发生率为34.8%,生活技能总得分为（79.7±12.5）分。男生在吸烟、健康危险行为方面发生率高于女生,存在统计学意义(x2值为8.01、8.68,P值均＜0.01)。不吸烟学生的生活技能总得分和应对压力/调节情绪方面得分显著高于吸烟学生,存在统计学意义(t值分别为-4.334、-4.02,P值均＜0.01)。Logistic回归分析表明,高中学生发生健康危险行为是初中学生的2.21倍,与教师关系较差的学生发生健康危险行为的风险性较高(OR值为11.56),宽容的父母管教方式(OR值为0.56)是健康危险行为发生的保护因素;生活技能总得分高(OR值为0.96)对健康危险行为的发生起到保护作用。结论 郑州市中学生存在一定比例的健康危险行为学生,生活技能对降低学生健康危险行为起到积极作用。

Health risk behavior and its influencing factors of middle school students,Zhengzhou

Objective To understand the relationship between health risk behaviors and life skills of middle school students in Zhengzhou,and to provide support for the healthy growth of middle school students.〖WTHZ〗Methods The questionnaire survey of health behavior and life skills among 422 middle school students was randomly assigned to 422 middle school students in 2 middle schools in Zhengzhou.〖WTHZ〗Results The incidence of health risk behaviors of middle school students in Zhengzhou was 34.8%,and the life skills had to be divided into 79.7±12.5.The incidence of smoking and other health risk behaviors of male students was higher than that of female,and there was a statistical significance (x2=8.01,8.68,P<0.01).Students who did not smoke were significantly more likely to score and deal with stress or adjusted emotions than those who smoked,with statistical significance (t=-4.334/-4.02,P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that high school students′ health risk behaviors were 2.21 times that of the junior high school students,and students with a poor relationship with teachers were at higher risk of developing health risk behaviors (OR=11.56).The tolerance of parenting way (OR=0.56) was a protective factor for health risk behaviors,and the total score of life skills (OR=0.96) was protective for the occurrence of healthy dangerous behaviors.〖WTHZ〗Conclusion There is a certain proportion of healthy dangerous behavior students in Zhengzhou,and living skills play an active role in reducing the students′ health risk behaviors.
