三氯生的致突变性和致癌作用研究进展

摘    要:目的 澄清三氯生的致突变性和致癌作用。方法 以“三氯生”、“致突变性”和“致癌作用”作为CNKI数据库的检索关键词;以“triclosan”、“mutagenicity”和“carcinogenicity”作为关键词在Pubmed数据库中检索相关文献。结果 鼠伤寒沙门菌细菌回复突变试验和哺乳动物细胞基因突变试验显示,三氯生不会引起原核生物和真核生物基因突变;彗星和微核试验显示,三氯生不具有致哺乳动物DNA损伤和染色体畸变作用;现有资料不足以支持三氯生暴露会直接引起人体罹患肿瘤。结论 三氯生对细菌、哺乳动物和人都不具有致突变性和致癌性,为三氯生的科学管理与合理使用提供了依据。

Abstract:Objective The study aimed to show the mutagenic and carcinogenicity effect of triclosan. Methods The progress in the studies on the mutagenic effects in prokaryotes and eukaryotes and the carcinogenicity of triclosan are reviewed in the present paper via CNKI and Pubmed database. Results Triclosan was considered to be not mutagenic or carcinogenic to humans. Later, the FDA banned the addition of triclosan to soap in 2016 due to the doubts about the antibacterial effect of triclosan in hand washing products and concerns about the potential adverse effects on microorganisms in water. Since then, the genetic toxicity of triclosan has been refocused on, but the results are inconsistent. In addition, triclosan is still used as an antibacterial component in China. So it is necessary to review the genetic toxicity of triclosan. Conclusion Current data show that triclosan is not mutagenic or carcinogenic to bacteria, mammals and humans, providing a basis for the reasonable use and management of triclosan.
