| 摘 要： | 目的:了解汉赛巴尔通体(Bartonella henselae)在云南部分人群中的感染情况。方法:采用间接免疫荧光抗体测定法(IIFT)对140份云南不同人群血清的B.henselae IgG抗体进行检测。结果:共检出阳性标本28份,总阳性率为20%,其中不明原因发热病人抗体阳性率为30.61%,显著高于放牧人员,其中有的样本抗体滴度高达1:10000。结论:受检人群中存在B.henselae感染,尤其在临床不明原因发热病人中B.henselae的感染率较高。

| Abstract: | Objective : Learning about seroreactivity to Bartonella henselae among part individuals in Yunnan.Methods: 140 serum samples from part individuals have been selected to test for B.henselae by Indirect Immunofluorescence Test(IIFT).IgG antibodies were tested against B.henselae antigen.Results: 28 serum samples were positive to B.henselae antigen.The overall positivity rate was 20%.The positivity rate of unclear origin fever was 30.6%.Conclusions : B.henselae infection exists in Yunnan among part individuals.Bartonella infections should be considered with fever of unclear origin. |
