输尿管损伤的诊断及处理——附29例报告

目的总结输尿管损伤的原因、诊断与治疗。方法对29例输尿管损伤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果29例输尿管损伤中，医源性损伤27例，外伤性损伤2例。手术治疗27例，逆行输尿管双J管引流2例，治疗效果好。结论B超检查简单易行，结合静脉肾孟造影（IVP）及逆行插管造影，术中会诊多能确诊。早期发现及时手术是治疗输尿管损伤的关键。

Treatment and Management of Ureteral Injury(Report of 29 Cases)

Objective To analyse the cause, diagnosis and treatment of ureteral injury. Methods The clinical data of 29 patients with ureteral injury was retrospectively analysed. Results Among those patients, there were 27 cases of iatrogenic ureteral injury and 2 cases of traumatic ureteral injury. 27 cases were treated with surgical procedure and 2 cases were treated with retrograde D - J tube insertion. The effect of treatment was perfect. Conclusions B - ultrasound examination is a easy and simple procedure. If it was combined with intravenous pyelogram and retrograde ureterography, most patients could be diagnosed preoperative. It was crucial to promptly discover the ureteral injury and treat with surgery in time.
