| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用F6型透析器进行肝硬化自体腹水浓缩透析回输的临床效果。方法:腹穿引流腹水,连接血路管泵前端,均匀输入腹水,应用F6型透析器进行透析超滤。检测治疗前和治疗后24h的体重、尿量、血清肌酐、血清尿素氮、血清白蛋白。结果:体重减轻(P<0.01),尿量增多(P<0.001),血清肌酐(P<0.01)和血清尿素氮(P<0.001)降低,血清白蛋白(P<0.01)增高,腹水减少或消失占总病例数90.62%。结论:应用F6型透析器进行肝硬化自体腹水浓缩透析回输治疗肝硬化腹水效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the liver cirrhosis self- ascites concentrated and reinfusion by using F6 dialyzer. Methods: We drawed out the liver cirrhosis ascites by the celiac puncture, connected the prepump blood pipeline, balanced infused the ascites, hemodifiltration by using the F6 dialyzer. We examined the pre-treated and post-treated weight, urine quantity, serum Cr, serum BUN, serum albumin. Results: The weight reliefed (P<0.01). The urine quantity increased (P<0.001). The serum Cr (P<0.01) and BUN (P<0.001) depressed. The serum albumin (P< 0.01) raised. The percentage of the ascites decreasing and disappearing was 90.62% . Conclusion: It is effective on the liver cirrhosis self-ascites concentrated and reinfusion by using F6 dialyzer. |
