高效液相色谱法测定食品中安赛蜜

摘    要:目的:建立食品中安赛蜜的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:以甲醇-0.02mol/L乙酸铵溶液为流动相,C18柱分离,二级管阵列检测器检测。结果:方法线性范围在0.005—0.100mg/ml,最低检出限为0.005g/kg,相对标准偏差在1.3%一4.3%之间,回收率为96.0%-97.6%。结论:该方法灵敏、准确,重复性好,可用于食品中安赛蜜的测定。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of acesulfame in food.Methods:CH3OH-0.02 mol/L NH4Ac was applied as mobile phase,On C18 column.Acesulfame was determined by PDA detector.Results:The linear range of the method was 0.005~0.100 mg/ml.The lowest detected concentration was 0.005 g/kg.The relative standard deviation were 1.3%~4.3%.The recovery rate was 96.0%~97.6%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,accurate and repeatable,which is suitable for the determination of acesulfame in food.
