| 摘 要： | 目的：建立食品中安赛蜜的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法：以甲醇-0．02mol／L乙酸铵溶液为流动相，C18柱分离，二级管阵列检测器检测。结果：方法线性范围在0．005—0．100mg／ml，最低检出限为0．005g／kg，相对标准偏差在1．3％一4．3％之间，回收率为96．0％-97．6％。结论：该方法灵敏、准确，重复性好，可用于食品中安赛蜜的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of acesulfame in food.Methods:CH3OH-0.02 mol/L NH4Ac was applied as mobile phase,On C18 column.Acesulfame was determined by PDA detector.Results:The linear range of the method was 0.005~0.100 mg/ml.The lowest detected concentration was 0.005 g/kg.The relative standard deviation were 1.3%~4.3%.The recovery rate was 96.0%~97.6%.Conclusion:The method is sensitive,accurate and repeatable,which is suitable for the determination of acesulfame in food. |
