摘    要:目的:建立一种对菟丝子及其同属混淆药材进行分类鉴别的方法.方法:采用近红外漫反射光谱结合移动窗口偏最小二乘法(Moving-window Partial Least Square,mwPLS)波段选择进行主成分分析;近红外光谱分析结果与HPLC指纹图谱进行比对.结果:选择的最优波段为5998~6553 cm-1与7000~7556 cm-1;主成分分析结果3种不同菟丝子可以基本分开,分类正确率达93%;近红外光谱法的分析结果与HPLC指纹图谱法对菟丝子药材的鉴别结果一致.结论:采用近红外漫反射光谱结合mwPLS波段选择进行主成分分析,初步对菟丝子和其同属混淆药材南方菟丝子、金灯藤进行了鉴别研究.

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method to classify and identify cuscuta and its mixed medicinal materials belonging to the same genus. Methods: A combination of near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and mwPLS was applied for band selection and principal component analysis (PCA); near-infrared spectroscopy results were compared with HPLC fingerprint. Results: The selected optimal bands were 5998~6553 cm-1 and 7000~7556 cm-1; PCA classified three different cuscuta with an accuracy rate of 93%; the results of near-infrared spectroscopy analysis and HPLC fingerprint were consistent. Conclusions: The use of near-infrared spectroscopy to identify Cuscuta chinensis, C. australis and C. japonica choisy is feasible.
