广西田东县农村壮族居民高血压抽样调查

目的了解广西田东县农村壮族居民高血压患病情况及其相关影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样法对21 985名≥18岁农村壮族居民进行血压、年龄、性别、婚姻、吸烟、饮酒、血压知晓及治疗情况调查,并进行统计学分析。结果田东县农村壮族居民高血压标化患病率为13.70%,男性15.37%,女性11.90%,男性居民高血压患病率高于女性（P〈0.01）。农村壮族居民高血压标化患病率明显低于2002年全国调查的18.8%,高血压的知晓率、治疗率及控制率均低于全国水平。结论 广西田东县农村壮族居民高血压的患病率低于年全国水平,患病率与年龄、吸烟、饮酒因素呈正相关。

Sampling Survey of Hypertension in Zhuang Nationality in Tiandong County

Objective To investigate the prevalence and risk factors of hypertension in Zhuang residents live in rural region of Tiandong,Guangxi.Methods Through the random cluster sampling,a Zhuang rural residents group of 21 985 people aged≥18 years was selected to investigate blood pressures,age,sex,marital history,smoking,drinking,realizing of hypertension and the treatment,the data were analyzed statistically.Results Standardized prevalence rate of hypertension was 13.70% among Zhuang rural residents,with the rate of male was 15.37% and the rate of female was 11.90%,the the former was higher than the latter（P0.01）.The standardized prevalence rate of hypertension in Zhuang rural residents was obviously lower than the average level（18.8%）in the national health survey in 2002.The realizing rate,treatment rate and control rate were also lower than those of the national survey.Conclusion The prevalence rate of Zhuang rural residents in Tiandong,Guangxi is lower than national average rate,and the prevalence rate is correlated positively with age,smoking and drinking.
