124例重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者肾脏功能评估

目的:比较重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者与健康体检者肾功能状况,探讨OS-AHS对肾脏功能是否存在影响。方法:入选重度OSAHS患者124例,均在清晨空腹抽取静脉血检查血肌酐、尿酸、胱抑素C,留取中段晨尿检查尿常规及尿微量白蛋白,同时选择健康体检无打鼾者75例作为对照。结果:①血肌酐及尿酸水平:重度OSAHS组与健康体检组无统计学差异(P>0.05);②血胱抑素C水平:重度OSAHS组与健康体检组存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。③尿微量白蛋白水平:重度OSAHS组与健康体检组存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:重度OSAHS患者虽然在血肌酐、尿酸水平与健康者无统计学差异,但在血肌酐、尿酸的绝对值上略高一些,而在血胱抑素C及尿微量白蛋白水平上两组存在统计学差异,说明OSAHS患者在一定程度上存在肾脏损害。

Evaluation of Renal Function for the 124 Cases of Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnoea Hypopnea Syndrome

Objective:To evaluate the effect of obstructive sleep apnoea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) on renal function by comparing between the severe OSAHS patients and healthy controls. Methods:A total of 124 severe OSAHS patients and 75 non-snorer healthy controls were recruited to detect the serum creatinine(Scr),uric acid(UA),cystatin C(Cys C) and the urine microalbumin. Results:There were no significant differences in Scr and UA between OSAHS group and healthy controls.The level of Cys C was higher in the OSAHS patients than in healthy controls (P<0.01).As compared with that in healthy controls,the level of urine micro-albumin was increased in OSAHS patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of Scr and UA had no difference between OSAHS patients and healthy controls,but the tendency to increase in the OSAHS patients still could be observed.As compared with healthy controls,the levels of Cys C and the urine micro-albumin were increased in the OSAHS patients.The abnormal renal function might exist in the severe OSAHS patients.
