| 摘 要： | 椎一基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者服用补阳还五汤煎剂30天，临床总效率达86．7％，其中愈显率占46．7％；血液流变学指标有不同程度改善。结果表明，有效率治疗组与对照组比较有显著性差异（P＜0．01）；全血粘度及血浆比粘度均有显著差异（P＜0．01，P＜0．05）。该方治疗椎一基底动脉供血不足性眩晕有明显功效。

| Abstract: | 53 Cases of Vertebro - basilar insufficient vertigo were randomly divided into two groups. Among them 30 cases had been treated with Buyang Huanwn Tang Decoction (BYHWTD)for 30 days. The other 23 cases served as a control group. The results were showed that significantly effective rate was 46. 7%,the overall effective rate was 86. 7% in BYHWTD group. BYHWD could significantly improve hemorheologic indexes in the patients with vertebro -basilar insufficient vertigo. The blood viscosity and plasma ratio viscosity were showed significant difference in statistics before and after treatment (P<0.01,P <0.05). The results of this study are suggested that BYHWTD have evident efficacy in the treatment of vertebro -basilar insufficient vertigo |
