党政干部组织公民行为、离职意向、自我效能感、工作绩效关系

摘    要:目的对党政干部组织公民行为、离职意向、自我效能感、工作绩效关系进行探讨。方法采用自编的组织公民行为问卷、离职意向问卷、自我效能感问卷、工作绩效问卷对党政干部进行调查,用相关分析、路径分析对数据进行处理。结果党政干部组织公民行为与离职意向存在显著负相关,与自我效能感、工作绩效存在显著正相关,自我效能感与离职意向、工作绩效存在显著正相关。结论党政干部组织公民行为、自我效能感、工作绩效可以直接或间接影响离职意向。
