论温病学派对仲景湿病治法的继承与发展

湿病治法理论源于《内经》,张仲景结合临床实践,开创了湿病辨证论治的先河,为温病学派最终将湿病治法体系化奠定了基础。湿为客邪,因势利导,予以出路;湿阻于中,芳香燥化,泻之于内;湿为杂气,多兼他邪,治宜有分;湿邪发病,内外相引,治重求本。从以上四个方面探讨了温病学派对仲景湿病治法的一脉相承与创新发展。

Inheritance and Development of School of Epidemic Febrile Diseases to ZHANG Zhongjing in the Therapy of Damp Diseases

The theory of therapy of damp disease originated from the Canon of Internal Medicine,and ZHANG Zhongjing combined with clinical practice,pioneered the syndrome differentiation of damp disease,and laid the foundation for the school of epidemic febrile diseases to systematic the therapy of damp disease eventually. This paper discusses the inheritance and development of school of epidemic febrile diseases to ZHANG Zhongjing in the therapy of damp diseases from four aspects,such as damp evil is a quest pathogen,and it should be let out according to its trend. When it blocks in the body,it should be dried with aromatic herbs. Damp evil is prone to mix other evil influences,to treat them as characteristics. Damp diseases is incline to occur when the internal and external pathogenic factors combined,and therefore the treatment should be to treat disease from the root.
