| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨实施品管圈活动对提升神经内科病房优质护理质量的影响。方法：将我院神经内科住院的患者320例随机等分为试验组和对照组,试验组予以实施品管圈活动,对照组仅予以常规护理,比较两组患者护理服务落实情况以及出院后两组患者的健康教育效果和护理满意度。结果：实施品管圈活动之后,试验组患者的基础护理服务落实率、健康教育知晓率、护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：品管圈活动不仅提高了护理质量,而且提高了患者的健康教育知晓率和护理满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effect of QCC activities to enhance the quality of nursing in internal medicine ward.Methods：320 patients hospitalized in our department were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group to implement quality control circle,the control group only to ordinary ward nursing,survey during hospitalization patients nursing service implementation and post discharge nursing,health education of patient satisfaction in the two groups.Results：After the implementation of quality control circle,basic nursing service for patients in the experimental group,the implementation rate of awareness of health education,nursing satisfaction rate was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：The implementation of quality control circle activities on the neurological department of internal medicine ward,not only to improve the nursing quality,but also can improve the awareness of health education and nursing satisfaction rate. |
