卡托普利和低剂量阿司匹林相互作用对心衰大鼠左室心肌组织c-fos蛋白表达的影响

摘    要:目的 观察卡托普利和低剂量阿司匹林相互作用对冠状动脉结扎致心衰大鼠模型左室心肌组织c—fos蛋白表达的影响。方法 采用冠状动脉结扎致急性心肌梗死和心梗后慢性心力衰竭大鼠模型,按照正交设计试验方案给药5wk,采用免疫组织化学方法观察联用两药对左室心肌组织c—fos蛋白表达的影响。结果 急性心肌梗死组c—fos蛋白阳性颗粒数目明显增多,卡托普利各剂量组对心肌组织c—fos蛋白表达均无影响,且与低剂量阿司匹林无显的相互作用,而低剂量阿司匹林增加c—fos蛋白免疫反应阳性细胞分布,尤以急性心肌梗死组多见。结论 低剂量阿司匹林介导c—fos蛋白表达增加,可能是其拮抗卡托普利减轻心衰大鼠左室重建作用的机制之一。

Abstract:AIM To observe the effects of captopril and low dosage aspirin combination on c fos protein expression of myocardium in left ventricular in heart failure rats. METHODS Acute myocardial infarction (AMI)and chronic heart failure(CHF)rats simulating models caused by ligating the left coronary artery. After administrating for 5 weeks by orthogonal design,the effects of their combination on c fos protein expression were observed by immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS The expression of c fos protein of myocardium was increased significantly in AMI model,captopril exerted no effect on the expression of c fos protein at different doses and appeared no interactions with aspirin,but low dosage aspirin significantly increased it,especially in AMI model. CONCLUSION The results suggested that low dosage aspirin induced the expression of c fos protein significantly,it may be one mechanism of their combination produced antagonistic interactions on left ventricular remodeling in heart failure rats.
