| Abstract: | The paper gives a brief account of the enterprise competition analysis theory advanced by Mr. Ming Jer Chen and attempts to analyze the competition between large general hospitals in the Guangzhou Prefecture by means of this integrative theory. Citing one of the hospitals as an example, the paper proves the practical applicability and operability of the theory. It aims to provide hospital runners with a practical method of analyzing competitors so as to enable the hospital to make the right choice when formulating management strategies. |
