前列安栓治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床研究

目的评价前列安栓治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CNP)的有效性、安全性。方法采用单中心开放临床试验,对120例CNP患者给予前列安栓每晚1粒塞肛并进行为期8周的临床观察。结果治疗后4周和8周,患者国际慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)总分分别较治疗前平均降低7.2分(29.8%)和11.7分(48.9%),症状评分分别较治疗前平均降低5.1分(32.8%)和8.3分(53.5%),生活质量评分分别较治疗前平均降低2.2分(25.8%)和3.8分(44.5%),前列腺液中WBC计数分别较治疗前平均降低8.6个/HP(38.7%)和13.7个/HP(61.1%)。治疗8周后总有效率81.5%。结论前列安栓明显改善慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者的疼痛症状和排尿症状,改善生活质量,减少前列腺液中的WBC计数,治疗效果确切。

Prostant TM for treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of prostant TM in the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis(CNP).Methods A single-central open clinical trial was conducted.A total of 120 CNP patients in this trial were given prostant TM as rectal suppository once per night for 8 weeks.Results After 4-and 8 weeks' therapy,the overall scores of NIH-CPSI were averagely decreased by 7.2(29.8%)and 11.7(48.9%),respectively.Symptom rating scores were decreased by 5.1(32.8%)and 8.3(53.5%).Quality of life scores were decreased by 2.2(25.8%)and 3.8(44.5%).WBC counts in prostatic fluid were decreased by 8.6/HP(38.7%)and 13.7/HP(61.1%).The total effective rate was 81.5% after 8 weeks' therapy.Conclusion Prostant TM is effective and safe in relieving pain and dysuria for CNP patients.
