新癀片内外兼用治疗流行性腮腺炎104例疗效观察

目的观察新癀片内外兼用治疗流行性腮腺炎的临床疗效。方法将208例流行性腮腺炎患儿随机分为2组,治疗组104例予新癀片口服加调化外敷;对照组104例予利巴韦林口服,外用紫金锭调化外敷。2组均5d为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。观察2组患儿治疗前后尿淀粉酶含量、全身退热时间、腮肿消退时间及不良反应。结果治疗组尿淀粉酶含量治疗前(683.8±127.4)U/L,治疗后(278.6±68.2)U/L;对照组尿淀粉酶含量治疗前(679.3±132.5)U/L,治疗后(359.7±76.3)U/L,治疗组治疗后尿淀粉酶含量与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组全身退热时间(3.6±1.2)d,对照组全身退热时间(4.7±1.6)d;治疗组腮肿消退时间(5.1±1.4)d,对照组腮肿消退时间(6.4±1.8)d。2组全身退热时间、腮肿消退时间比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组总有效率93.27%,对照组总有效率72.12%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论新癀片内外兼用治疗流行性腮腺炎有明显的全身退热及腮肿消退作用。

Clinical observation of Xinhuang tablet for treating the children with epidemic parotitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Xinhuang tablet for treating the children with epidemic parotitis. Methods 208 children with epidemic parotitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （104 children each group）. The treatment group was given Xinhuang tablet to eat and external use for five days. The control group was given ribavirin to eat and the Zijinding to external use for five days. The time of defervescence, the time of detumescence, the treatment effects and the adverse reactions in the two groups were analyzed. Results In the treatment group, the urine amylase level is （683.8±127.4） U/L before treatment, and （278.6±68.2） U/L after treatment. In the control group, the urine amylase level is （679.3±132.5） U/L before treatment, and （359.7±76.3） U/L after treatment. The differences in the time of defervescence were significant between the two groups（3.6±1.2 vs. 4.7±1.6, P0.05）. The differences in the time of detumescence were significant between the two groups （5.1±1.4 vs. 6.4±1.8,P0.05）. The differences in the effects were significant between the two groups （93.27% vs. 72.12%,P0.05）.Conclusion Xinhuang tablet by eating and external using has significant defervescence and detumescence effects for treating the children with epidemic parotitis, and children have well compliance. It is worth spreading in clinic.
