浅静脉留置针保护膜开窗法的应用效果

摘    要:目的观察虎黄烧伤搽剂治疗浅、深Ⅱ度烧伤的疗效及不良反应。方法将167例中小面积(2%~20%)浅、深Ⅱ度烧伤患者随机分为两组。均用0.05%氯己定清创,观察组92例局部喷虎黄搽剂,4~6次/d.至结干痂后停止用药;对照组75例用磺胺嘧啶银糊剂局部一次性涂药护痂,局部出现分泌物清除再涂药,均暴露创面。结果观察组疼痛及分泌物消失时间显著短于对照组(均P〈0.05);两组治愈率比较.差异无显著性意义(均P〉0.05);愈合时间观察组显著短于对照组(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论虎黄烧伤搽剂用于中小面积浅、深Ⅱ度烧伤,具有止痛、促进创面愈合的功效,且未发现不良反应及过敏反应。

Abstract:Objective To explore a way of reducing the number of protective membranes for venous catheter and extending the time for needle-dwelling time and reducing the incidence of phlebitis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. In the experimental group, a hole was opened on the protective membrane and the puncture site was covered with plasters used for disposable infusion set. The puncture site was subjected to disinfection and the plaster was changed on daily basis. The protective membrane was not changed until the membrane was detached from skin. The protective membrane would be changed at any time if the membrane was contaminated. Results The incidences of trapped bubbles, sweating, redness and swelling of puncture sites were significantly higher than those of the experimental group (P<0.01, P<0.05). The times for membrane change were less than those of the controls (P<0.01) and the dwelling time of venous catheter in the experimental group was significantly longer than that of controls (P<0.01). Conclusion The modified technique can reduce the times of membrane change and prolong the dwelling time of venous catheter.
