血液灌流治疗重度菊酯类杀虫剂中毒的疗效观察

目的 研究血液灌流治疗重度菊酯类杀虫剂中毒的疗效.方法 68例重度菊酯类杀虫剂中毒患者随机分为两组,常规治疗组35例和血液灌流组33例.常规组予洗胃、导泻、补液、呼吸支持等抢救治疗,血液灌流组在常规抢救治疗的基础上辅以血液灌流治疗.结果 血液灌流组患者昏迷时间、住院天数、呼吸机依赖发生率均显著少于常规治疗组.结论 在常规抢救治疗基础上早期予以血液灌流可缩短患者菊酯类杀虫剂中毒的昏迷时间,减少住院天数,降低呼吸机依赖的发生率.

Effects of Hemoperfusion on Severe Pyrethrum Type Pesticide Poisoning

Objective To investigate effects of hemoperfusion on severe pyrethrum type pesticide poisoning. Methods 68 patients with severe pyrethrum type pesticide poisoning were divided into two groups randomly, the normal therapy group and the hemoperfusion group. The normal therapy group was given emergency treatment as gastric lavage,catharsis,fluid infusion,respiration supporting and so on. Based on normal emergency treatment, the hemoperfusion group was assisted by memoperfusion. Results Patients in the hemoperfusion group were significantly less than the normal therapy group in coma time, hospitalization days and incidence of ventilation dependance. Conclusions In early phases, hemoperfusion given to the patients with severe pyrethrum type pesticide poisoning can shorten the coma time, reduce the hospitalization days and decrease the incidence of ventilation dependance, based on normal emergency treatment.
