HIV阳性的海洛因依赖者戒毒前后120天CD4^+T变化

摘    要:目的:分析HIV阳性的海洛因依赖者戒毒前后(120天)CD4^+T细胞的变化趋势,探讨戒毒对免疫功能的影响。方法:共有HIV阳性海洛因依赖者19例和同期HIV阴性海洛因依赖者25例入选本项研究。在入所7天内及戒毒120天后两次采集外周血,经流式细胞仪进行CD4^+T细胞检测计数,SPSS11.5软件包统计分析。结果:HIV阳性与阴性者CD4^+T细胞计数均值差异显著,HIV阳性的海洛因依赖者入所时CD4^+T细胞计数值多数低于450×10^6/5,也有部分高于450×10^6/L.HIV阴性的海洛因依赖者CD4^+T细胞计数均值戒毒后轻微下降。HIV阳性者CD4^+T细胞计数均值戒毒后轻微上升,但两组间戒毒前后差值无统计学意义,组内CD4^+T细胞计数戒毒前后无统计学差异。HIV阳性,且入所时CD4^+T细胞值低于450×10^6/L的海洛因依赖者,戒毒120天后CD4^+T细胞计数值显著上升,戒毒前后计数配对t检验,P〈0.01,差异高度显著。结论:海洛因依赖合并HIV感染且己表现免疫功能受损者戒毒有助于其CD4^+T细胞回升,从而延缓艾滋病发病。

Abstract:Objective: To analyze the trend of CD4^+ T cells of heroin addicts with HIV-positive before and after detoxification (120 days), and to assay drug effects on immune function. Methods: A total of 19 cases of HIV-positive heroin abusers and 25 cases HIV-negative heroin abusers were selected in study. Fasting peripheral venous blood 2 mL was collected at the beginning of detoxification and 120 d of detoxifying. CD4^+ T cell werecounted detected by flow cytometry. Statistical difference was analysis by SPSS software package between the two groups and before and after detoxification. Results: There were significant differences of CD4Aa^+ T cell count between HIV-positive heroin addicts and HIV-negative heroin abusers before and after treatment. Majority count of HIV-positive less than 450 × 10^6/L, but a small part of HIV-positive addicts highter than 450 × 10^6/L. The mean of CD4^+ T cell count of HIV negative heroin abusers decreased slight, and the mean count of HIV positive increased slight after detoxification for 120 days, but the algebraic difference of the CD4^+ T-cell count from the beginning to the 120 d of detoxifying between the two groups was no statistical significance. The CD4^+ T cell count at the beginning and 120 d of detoxifying were no significant differences also for each group. But in the HIV-positive group, for the part of CD4^+ T cell count less than 450 × 10^6/L at beginning, the count increased significantly (P〈0. 001). Conclusions: Detoxifying is helpful for the heroin addicts combination with HIV infection and displayed immune function damage detoxifying to recovery the count ofCD4^+ T cell, and delayed the aids onset.
