AcA、AsAb、EmAb、BA抗体与反复自然流产关系的研究

目的探讨抗心磷脂抗体（AcA）、抗精子抗体（AsAb）、抗子宫内膜抗体（EmAb）、封闭抗体（BA）与反复自然流产（RSA）的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA法）测定112例反复自然流产患者（流产组）血清中BA抗体，AcA、AsAb、EmAb项目的测定采用金标免疫斑点法测定。结果流产组AcA、AsAb、EmAb阳性率分别为37．50％、25．00％、31．25％，明显高于对照组（分别为7．14％、4．08％、6．12％），差异都具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；而流产组BA抗体的阴性率为89．29％，明显高于对照组22．45％，两者差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论AcA、AsAb、EmAb、BA抗体与反复自然流产有着密切的关系，且BA抗体的缺乏是引起RSA患者最常见的免疫因素之一。

Research on relationship between AcA, AsAb, EmAb, BA and recurrent spontaneous abortion

Objective To study the relationship between anticardiolipin antibody (AcA), antisperm antibody (AsAb), anti-endometrium antibody (EmAb), blocking antibody (BA) and recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods Serum BA was measured by ELISA;serum AcA, AsAb and EmAb were measured by gold-labeled immunodotting assay.Results The positive rate of AcA, AsAb and EmAb in abortion group were significantly higher than those of control group (37.50% vs 7.14%, 25.00% vs 4.08%, 31.25% vs 6.12%, respectively);and the negative rate of BA was 89.29% in abortion group, significantly higher than that of control group (22.45%) (P<0.005).Conclusion The results show that AcA, AsAb, EmAb, BA in serum may be closely related to recurrent spontaneous abortion and a lack of BA is one of the most common immune factors in RSA.
