| 摘 要： | 认为各种诱发因素导致脏腑功能失调 ,气血阴阳所偏 ,引动或加剧痰瘀宿疾作祟 ,致使脑窍脉络痹阻、血流不畅、清阳被遏、脑失所养为偏头痛的主要发病机制。治疗依据除宿疾、祛邪气、通脑窍 ,调脏腑、益气血、平阴阳的原则 ,分为风寒侵袭、脉络瘀阻 ,情志过极、气滞血瘀 ,饮食所伤、痰浊中阻 ,气血阴亏、脑窍失养四型辨证施治 ,选方用药

| Abstract: | It was pointed out that blood stagnation,hypofuntion of qing yang and the brain losing nutrition were the main mechanism of migraine The disease was divided into four types to treat The main treatments were expelling wing and cold,suppressing the hyperactive liver to relieve the wind syndrome,eliminating phlegm and blood stasis,tonifying vital qi and invigorating for deficiency |
