| Abstract: | In this work, HRP-SpA was used to detect anti-idiotypic antibody produced in syngenic mouse. The main procedures were as follows:coating by mouse IgG subclass with low affinity to SpA such as IgG1 or IgM, adding anti-idiotype, then HRP-SpA was used to display the binding between idiotype and anti-idiotype. This method is simple, sensitive and specific, it can be used to analyze the anti-idiotypic antibody against the antigen binding specific or nonspecific sites of idiotype. |
