| 摘 要： | 目的分析鼻内窥镜术后病人舒适改变的原因,实施护理干预。方法对80例鼻内窥镜术后病人舒适改变原因进行问卷调查。结果造成鼻内窥镜术后重度舒适改变原因前四位分别是:疼痛、鼻腔填塞、张口呼吸、担心术后出血和担心手术效果。结论针对鼻内窥镜术后舒适改变的原因,采取护理干预措施,达到让病人身心处于最佳状态,减少术后并发症,缩短住院时间的目的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse the reasons for the comfort changing of patients after inside-nostril speculum operations and the nursing measures.Methods:Questionnaires were used to measure the reasons for the comfort changing of 80 cases after inside-nostril speculum operations.Results:The first four reasons for serious changing were pains,nostril-stopping,breathing with mouth open,worrying about bleeding and the effect of the operation.Conclusion:Effective nursing measures should be taken to make patients in best state both in body and mind in order to reduce syndromes after the operation and shorten days in hospital. |
