新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的低场MRI诊断

摘    要:目的:探讨低场MRI对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病的诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析43例临床诊断为HIE的新生儿的低场MRI表现。结果:所有患儿均有不同程度的脑损害,其中广泛性脑水肿14例,颅内出血6例,皮质下及脑室旁白质损害21例,单纯白质水肿8例,丘脑、基底节区和脑干背侧损害13例。结论:低场MRI对新生儿HIE的诊断具有较高的特异性、敏感性。

Abstract:Purpose:To study the diagnostic value of low-field MRI of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) in neonates.Materials and Methods:The features low-field MRI of 43 neonates′ clinically diagnosed with HIE were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All the patients had brain injury in various degrees,including 6 with extensive brain edema,3 with intracranial hemorrhage,21 with subcortical and side ventriculus white matter damage,8 with simplex white matter edema and 13 with damage in thalamus,basal ganglia and the posterior plane of the brain stem.Conclusion:The low-field MRI diagnosis has a comparatively high specificity and sensitivity on neonates HIE.
