| 摘 要： | 目的观察利凡诺羊膜腔内注射联合口服米非司酮终止妊娠的效果。方法选择孕16～24周自愿终止妊娠，并行利凡诺引产的健康妇女51例。随机分为两组，观察组采用利凡诺羊膜腔内注射联合口服米非司酮终止妊娠，对照组采用单纯利凡诺羊膜腔内注射终止妊娠。结果观察组在引产时间、产后出血量等方面与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论利凡诺羊膜腔内注射联合口服米非司酮终止妊娠是一种简单、安全、有效、快速的终止妊娠的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the adinopoeia effect of combined use of mifepristone and rivanol amniocentesis in mid-pregnancy.Methods 51 pregnant women of 16-24weeks indicated for inodinopoeia were studied.The subjects were divided into 2 groups,experimental group and the control group.The women in experimental group was orally given mifepristone combined amniocentesis injection of rivanol.In the control group,women were simply treated by amniocentesis injection rivanol.Results There was significant difference between two groups in the period of fetoplacental delivery and postpartum bleeding volume and so on(P<0.01).Conclusion Mifepristone combined amniocentesis injection of rivanol is an effective,safe,and simple,quick method to tarminatio pregnanang. |
