针药结合治疗气滞血瘀型原发性痛经疗效观察

目的：观察针刺联合中药治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法：90例原发性痛经患者随机分为2组，治疗组60例予针刺联合中药治疗，对照组30例予金佛止痛丸治疗。疗程均为3个月。结果：治疗组痊愈21例，显效20例，有效14例，无效5例，总有效率91．67％；对照组痊愈6例，显效9例，有效11例，无效8例，总有效率76．67％。治疗组近期临床痊愈率及总有效率明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗3个月后，治疗组痛经程度改善情况、痛经伴随症状消失率优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺联合中药治疗原发性痛经有较好的临床疗效。

Urative Effect Observation of Acupuncture -therapy and Chinese Materia Medica on Essential Dysmenorrhea Belonging to Type of Qi -stagnancy and Blood Stasis

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of acupuncture - therapy and Chinese materia medica on essential dysmenorrhea belonging to type of qi - stagnancy and blood stasis. Method ： 90 cases suffered from essential dysmenorrhea were divided into two groups randomly. 60 cases in treatment group were treated by acupuncture -therapy and Chinese materia medica, and 30 cases in control group were treated by Pill of Golden Buddha to Relieve Pain. The treatment course included 3 months. Result： In treatment group 21 cases were recovered, 20 cases were excellent, 14 cases were effective, and 5 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate were 91.67%. In control group 6 cases were recovered, 9 cases were excellent, 11 cases were effective, and 8 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 76.67%. The cure rate and total effective rate was better in treatment group than in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After 3 months, improvement rate of menalgia and disappearance rate of its simultaneous phenomenon also were better in treatment group than in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The effect of acupuncture - therapy and Chinese materia medica are good on essential dysmenorrhea belonging to type of qi - stagnancy and blood stasis.
