2006年北京市某社区居民结核病相关知识调查

[目的]探讨社区居民对结核病相关知识的了解。[方法]对社区站就诊患者进行随机问卷调查，调查内容包括居民一般情况以及对结核病相关知识的了解情况。[结果]在社区居民中，不知道结核病及其传播途径的仍然占一定比例，而这其中多为12～19岁的年轻人；对于结核病的症状仅有24．7％能够完全了解，绝大多数人并不了解甚至完全不了解；社区居民中，愿意了解结核病相关知识的有43．O％，54．8％表示很愿意。[结论]社区居民对结核病相关知识了解程度较低应积极开展结核病健康教育，改变不正确的认识和行为。

Investigation on TB Related Knowledge of Community Residents in Beijing City in 2006

[Objective]To explore TB related knowledge in community residents.[Methods]Questionnaire was conducted in randomly selected outpatients,which concerning the general status and TB knowledge.[Results]Some of them investigated didn't know TB or the route of transmission .Most of them were adolescents aged 12-19. 24.7% of them understood the symptoms of TB. 43.0% of the residents wanted to know the knowledge of TB ,54.8% of them did want to know.[Conclusion]The residents know little about TB knowledge.Health education on TB should be strengthened and inappropriate cognition and behaviors be modified.
