尿微量白蛋白测定与糖尿病患者病程、血糖水平的相关分析

目的:探讨糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白(mALB)排泄量与糖尿病病程、血糖水平的相互关系。方法:尿蛋白阳性的糖尿病患者按病程、血糖水平分组,采用免疫比浊法测定其尿mALB含量,并与对照组进行比较。结果:对照组mALB含量为11.16±4.28μg/mL,尿蛋白阳性的糖尿病患者尿mALB含量为14.46±5.09μg/mL,两者有显著差异。糖尿病患者随着病程延长,mALB明显升高,与病程短者相比有显著性差异。mALB随血糖升高而增加,有显著性差异。结论:对糖尿病患者要及早诊断,有效控制血糖,还要防止长期服药对肾脏的毒性作用,以延缓糖尿病肾病的发生。

Analysis of Relation between Urinary Micro-albumin and the Course of Diabetes Mellitus and Blood Glucose

ObjectiveTo evaluate the urinary albumin excretion concentration of micro-albumin(mALB) in pa-tients with diabetes mellitus(DM),and analyzed the relation between mALB and the course of DM and blood glucose level.MethodsDM patients with positive urinary albumin were grouped according to the course of DM and blood glucose level,the concentration of mALB was detected by immunoturbidimetry.ResultsThe concentration of mALB in control and positive urinary albumin group was 11.16±4.28μg/mL and 14.46±5.09μg/mL respectively,there was significant dif-ference between them.mALB increased obviously with the prolongation of the disease course,there was significant differ-ence in mALB between long and short course,mALB increased with the rise of blood glucose.ConclusionPatients with DM should be diagnosed early and their blood glucose should be controlled effectively.For patients with long course,long duration of medicine use resulting in nephrotoxicity should be avoided so as to prevent the occurrence of diabetic nephrop-athy.
