脑梗死患者血清脂联素和炎性细胞因子检测的临床意义

目的探讨血清脂联素、hs—CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平变化与脑梗死之间的关系及意义。方法用ELISA法分别检测脑梗死患者治疗前后以及正常对照组血清脂联素、hs—CRP、TNF-α和IL-6含量。结果脑梗死患者治疗前血清脂联素、hs—CRP、TNF-α和IL-6水平较对照组有显著性差异（P〈0．01），脑梗死治疗后以上各指标明显好转。结论血清脂联素、hs—CRP、TNF-α和IL-6在脑梗死的治疗、预后有一定的临床意义，血清脂联素也可以作为脑梗死的预防指标。

Clinical significance of the detection of serum cytoklnes and adiponectin in patients with cerebral infarction.

Objective To observe the variations of levels of serum adiponectin, hs - CRP, TNF -α, IL -6 in patients with cerebral infarction,and their significances. Methods ELISA method was used to determine the levels of serum adiponectin, hs - CRP, TNF -α, IL -6 in patients with cerebral infarction before and after therapies and in normal controls. Results Before treatment thelevels of serum adlponectin, hs - CRP,TNF -α, IL - 6 in patients with cerebral infarction were much higher than that of normal control （ P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment the levels of serum adiponectin, hs - CRP, TNF -α, IL -6 were improved significantly. Conclusion The variations of levels of serum adiponectin, hs - CRP, TNF -α, IL - 6 may be associated with the treatment and prognosis of cerebral infarction patients. While serum adiponectin could also be taken
as the preventive indicator of cerebral infaretion.
