地西泮对产程、产时出血和新生儿结局的影响

目的 :研究地西泮对产程、产时出血和新生儿结局的影响。方法 :随机选取 10 0例产妇 ,用单纯随机抽样法平均分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 :宫颈口开大 2cm时 ,静脉推注地西泮 10mg ,静脉滴注催产素 0 5 % ;对照组 :静脉滴注催产素 0 5 %。观察两组产妇产程、产后 2h内出血量、羊水性状和新生儿Apgar评分。结果 :治疗组第一产程明显短于对照组 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;第二产程、出血量、羊水性状、新生儿评分差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :地西泮在临产后应用能加速第一产程且对母婴是安全的

The Effect of Diazepam How on the Labour and Intrapartum Hemorrhage or Newborn Infant

Objective: To study diazepam how to effect the labour and intrapartum hemorrhage or newborn infant. Methods: 100 cases of puerperants collected by random sampling method were divided equally into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group, when cervix port was opened to 2 cm, 10 mg diazepam was pushed into the vein of the puerperants, and 0.5% alpha hypophamine was injected into the vein of the puerperants by intervenous drop infusion. But the control group was only injected with 0.5% alpha hypophamine by intervenous drop infusion.Then the puerperants' labour, bleeding volume in 2 hours after parturition and states of the amniotic fluid or newborn infant's Apgar scores of the two group was observed. Results: For the first labour, the treatment group's was faster than the control group's, there was significant difference between them(P<0.05). But for the second labour,there wasn't significant difference between them in bleeding volume in 2 hours after parturition and states of the amniotic fluid or newborn infant's Apgar scores, (P>0.05). Conclusion: Diazepam can reduce the first labour and is safe for the infants and the puerperants.
