围绝经期妇女生活质量与心理状况的相关研究

目的探讨围绝经期妇女生活质量与心理健康的影响因素，为相关部门健康教育提供依据。方法采用生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）、症状自评量表（SCL-90）对滨州市2个社区和机关、单位体检的600名围绝经期妇女进行问卷调查。结果围绝经期妇女的生活质量与年龄、职业、婚姻状况、子女关系、经济收入等有关。围绝经期妇女的SCL-90测评结果显示，该期妇女以抑郁、焦虑心理为主。结论护理人员及家属既要重视围绝经期妇女的躯体健康，更要重视该期妇女的心理状况和健康教育，帮助该期妇女形成积极的心理防御能力，关注和提高该期蛔奇的毕活后量和情感需求．
