| 摘 要： | 目的观察中、重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病（HIE）患儿早期应用高压氧和纳络酮联合治疗的临床疗效。方法164例中、重度HIE患儿随机分为两组，对照组给予常规治疗及对症支持处理，治疗组在常规治疗基础上，病情平稳后应用高压氧和纳络酮联合治疗，疗程结束后比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗组应用纳络酮及高压氧后48小时内总有效率为93％，对照组为63．4％，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）；且治疗组住院天数（10．3±2．05天）少于对照组（13．4±0．62天），差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论高压氧和纳络酮联合治疗HIE能缩短疗程，提高疗效，并预防神经系统后遗症发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Naloxone in treatment of HIE.Methods 164 cases with HIE were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with routine therapy including supporting treatment.The treatment group was treated with Naloxone after the treatment procedure,the clinical effects were compared between two groups.Results The respiration inspirit were improved after treatment(P<0.01).The difference was significant between treatment group and control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with Naloxone in treating HIE is effective and safe. |
