切除卵巢对雌、雄激素及尿钙的影响

摘    要:为了解卵巢所分泌的雄激素是否亦增加尿钙量的排出。对21例绝经前、后切除卵巢患者手术前后用放射免疫法测定雌、雄激素水平,并观察尿钙排泄的变化。结果:绝经前切除双侧卵巢13例,术后雌二醇(E2)水平明显降低,雄激素(T)水平也略有下降,尿钙排泄明显增加。绝经后切除双侧卵巢7例,术后睾酮(1)水平明显降低,尿钙与肌酐比值(Ca/Cr)显著升高。表明雌激素减少明显增加了尿钙的排出量。绝经后的卵巢仍分泌一定量的雄激素,它在妇女骨质疏松中亦同时起一定的作用。

Abstract:bjective :To reveal the effect of estrogen and androgen on urine calcium excretion in women.Methods:Twenty one patients undergoing unilateral or bilateral pre- and post- menopause oophorecto-my,Serum testosterone and estradiol levels were measured by radio- immunoassay.Urine calcium levels weremeasured by biochemical method.Results:In 13 cases of pre menopausal patients the estradiol levels were significantly lowered whiletestosterone levels were moderately decreased after bilateral oophorectomy,urine calcium excretion were allsignificantly increased.In 7 cases of postmenopausal bilateral oophorectomy,the serum testosterone levelswere significantly lowered and urine cal ciumexcretion were also significantly increased.Conclusion :Lowering of estrogen and androgen levels after oophorectomy both increased urinary calci-um excretion and may play a role in pre- and post- menopausal bone loss
