溃疡性结肠炎患者肠系膜动脉血流动力学参数的变化及其意义

目的 :观察活动期溃疡性结肠炎 （U C）的肠系膜上动脉 （SMA ）和肠系膜下动脉 （IMA）血流动力学参数的变化。方法 :应用彩色多普勒超声分别测定 2 7例活动期 UC患者和 32例正常人的 SMA和 IMA血流动力学参数。结果 :活动期 UC患者 IMA血流动力学各参数与正常人比较存在显著差异 （P<0 .0 5 ） ,SMA血流动力学参数无显著差异 （P>0 .0 5 ）。活动期 UC患者 IMA血管内径、血流速度和血流量高于正常人 ,而搏动指数显著降低 ,阻力指数变化不显著。结论 :活动期 UC患者 IMA血流动力学参数较正常人有显著变化

A color Doppler study on the hemodoynamic changes and the significance in the inferior and superior mesenteric arteries in ulcerative colitis

AIM: To observe the hemodynamic changes in the inferior and superior mesenteric arteries (IMA, SMA) of patients with active ulcerative colitis (UC). METHODS: 27 patients with active UC and 32 normal subjects underwent Doppler sonography of the IMA and SMA and the hemodynamic parameters were obtained. RESULTS: Significant difference of Doppler parameters of IMA was found between the patients with active UC and the normal subjects ( P <0.05). The hemodynamic parameters in the SMA were not significantly different between the patients with active UC and the normal subjects ( P >0.05). The vasal inside diameter, velocity,blood flow volume of the IMA of the patients with active UC were found greater than those of the normal subjects, while the pulsatile index (PI) decreased significantly and the resistance index (RI) had no significant change. CONCLUSION: Duplex Doppler sonography of the IMA and SMA hemodynamic parameters might be used to diagnose inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), to determine the phase of the disease and to document the response to therapy.
