高效液相色谱法测黄楂降脂胶囊中大黄素、大黄酚的含量

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定黄楂降脂胶囊中大黄素，大黄酚的含量的方法。方法采用ZORBAXSB-C18色谱柱（4．6～150mm），甲醇-0．1％磷酸溶液（85．15）为流动相，检测波长为254nm，流速1．0mL／min，柱温=20℃。结果大黄素在1．002～30．6μg（r=0．9998），大黄酚在1．034～31．02μg（r=0．9998）范围内呈良好线性关系，加样平均回收率大黄素为99．2％，RSD为2．87％，大黄酚为95．9％，RSD为2．66％。结论高效液相色谱（HPLC）法用于本制剂的含量测定控制，方法简便，结果准确，重现性好，可用于测定黄楂降脂胶囊中大黄素、大黄酚的含量。

Determination of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Compound Huang Zha Capsule by HPLC

Objective To establish a method for determination of the contents of emodin and chrysophanol in compound Huang Zha capsule. Methods HPLC method was selected to determine the contents of emodin and chrysophanol The chromatographic conditions included ZORBAXSB-C18 column,methanol-（0.1%） phosphoric acid selution（85： 15） as the mobile phase,wavelength of detectorat 254 nm, flow rate 1.0mL/min and column temperature at 20℃.Results The calibration curveswere linear over the range of 1.002 30.6 μg（r=0.99985） for emodin and 1.034-31.02μg（r=0.99989）for chrysophanolland the average recoveries were 99.2% （RSD=2.87） and 95.9% （RSD=2.66）.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and reliable,which could be used for determination of the contents of emodin and chrysophanol in compound Shan Huang Za capsule.
