摘    要:以磷苯二胺为辣根过氧化物酶底物显色剂的ELISA双抗体夹心法检测HFRSV抗原中,用四甲基联苯胺替代邻苯二胺,用生物素-抗生素蛋白的BA-ELISA和高效价抗HFRSV的McAb进行McAb-ELISA,使检测抗原的敏感性分别提高4倍以上。如果四甲基联苯胺与BA-ELISA或与McAb-ELISA联合应用,则比原ELISA敏感16倍以上。

Abstract:The EL1SA methods described in this report was based on double antibody ELISA sandwich method to detect antigens of HFRS virus in which o-PD was used as substract for HRP. In these methods, when TMB was substituted for o-PD, or biotin-avidin ELISA (BA-EL1SA) was applied, or high titre McAbs against HFRSV were used (Me Ab-ELlSA), the sensitivities of detection of antigens increased over 4 times, respectively. If both TMB and BA-EL1SA or both TMB and McAb-ELlSA were used,the sensitivities were over 16 times higher than the original method.
