彩色多普勒超声诊断Graves病新认识

目的：探讨甲亢声像图血流特点不具备既往所认识的表现时，利用彩色多普勒超声准确地诊断该病的价值。方法：本文观察76例经临床及实验室检查证实的Graves病患者，应用ACUSON128XP／10M彩色超声诊断仪（探头频率为7．0MHz)，对其二维声像图、血流特点及甲状腺重量进行检测。结果：声像图表现与传统观点有不同之处，其中甲状腺双侧不对称的有7例（7／76占9．2％）。CDFI血流特点不完全表现为“火海征”或“海岛征”，部分甲亢患者的血流可不丰富，表现为“火海征”的只有28例，占36．8％。结论：彩色多普勒超声对声像图和（或）血流特点不典型的甲亢，准确地做出诊断具有重要意义，对临床治疗有同的指导价值。

New Recognition of ColorDoppler Ultrasound in Patients with Graves Disease

Objective:To explore the value of the exact diagnosis of Gravesdisease by color Doppler ultrasound without having typical characteristics which have been known ever.Methods：To summarize seventy-six proved hyperthyoidism that were confirmed by clinical and laboratory examination.Results:There were some difference in ultrasonic image from those of traditional viewpoint:Asymmetrical thyroid gland on both side,7 cases(7/76,9%);Among the 76 cases,only 26 cases manifested "fire-sea sign” or "island sign"(26/76,36.8%);others manifiested only a little blood stream.Conclusions:Color Doppler ultrasound plays an important role in accurate diagnosis of atypical hyperthyroidism with characteristics of a little blood stream.
