| 摘 要： | 目的评价超选择子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法采用Seldinger技术股动脉穿刺插管对46例子宫肌瘤患者进行双侧子宫动脉栓塞,栓塞剂用碘化油加平阳霉素混合乳剂(IPE)及明胶海绵颗粒。结果插管成功率100%,均行双侧子宫动脉栓塞,子宫肌瘤血供可完全阻断。治疗后3~6个月随访。结果肌瘤缩小50%~75%;月经量及月经期恢复正常;疼痛明显减轻或消失。结论子宫肌瘤的介入治疗是一种微创、临床疗效肯定的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficiency of uterine artery emboliztion for uterine fibroids.Methods 46 cases with symptomatic uterine myoma were treated by Seldinger's selective bilateral uterine arteries embolization.Bilateral uterine arteries were embolized using lipiodol-pingyangmycinemulsion(LPE), together with Gelfoam particles.Results The successful rate of catheterization reached 100%. Bilateral uterine arteries were embolized,the blood supply of uterine myoma could be occluded. With a mean follow-up of 3~6 months after the procedure revealed an average shrinkage of 50~75% in volume of the masses for all cases the menorrhagia and menstarual cycles returned tonormal and pain resolved.Conclusion Interventional treatment for uterine myoma is definite effective method with less trauma. |
