过敏性紫癜（HSP）是与免疫反应有关的系统性血管炎，其免疫学机制主要为体液免疫异常，IgA的作用尤其受到重视。T细胞功能紊乱和多种促炎症因子失调，并且其免疫复合物激活补体发挥作用。对该病免疫遗传方面的研究表明HSP患者具有多种基因多态性，感染可能是免疫学异常的触发因素，因此HSP发病并非单一因素作用的结果，从免疫反应异常、遗传因素、发病诱因等多方面综合分析才能深入理解HSP的发病机理。

Henoch-Schoulein purpura is a multisystem vasculifis disorder mediated by activation. The studies show that the main mechanism of HSP is the abnormality of humoral immunity, and the role of IgA is emphaszed. Meanwhile, there are also disturbances of T cell function and multiple inflammatory factors. Immune complexes are involved through activating complements. The immunogenetieal researches indicate that patients with HSP have some gene polymorphisms. Infections may be the trigger factor of the immune abnormalities.
