| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子-D(VEGF-D)在胰腺癌中的表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组化法检测胰腺癌中VEGF-D的表达,分析其与胰腺癌临床病理因素的关系及对预后的影响。结果:62例胰腺癌患者中,VEGF-D总的阳性率为67·7%,在伴淋巴结转移的胰腺癌中阳性率为89·5%,而无淋巴结转移的为58·1%,两者差异有统计学意义,P=0·015。另外可见VEGF-D的表达与脉管侵犯明显相关。随访24个月,VEGF-D低表达组术后中位生存期为9个月,而VEGF-D高表达组其术后中位生存期为6个月,P=0·0004。结论:VEGF-D与胰腺癌预后相关,可作为判断胰腺癌预后的一个指标。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the expression of VEGF-D and its significance to the prognosis of pancreatic carcinoma. METHODS: By immunohistochemistry, the expression of VEGF-D was studied and the relationship between VEGF-D and the survival time of patients with pancreatic carcinoma was analysed. RESULTS: The positive rate of VEGF-D in pancreatic carcinoma was 67.7%. The expression of VEGF-D was correlated with lymph node metastasis and lymphatic invasion. The patients with low-expression of VEGF-D survived significantly longer than those with high-expression, P=0.000 4. CONCLUSION: The expression of VEGF-D is related to prognosis and is a independent prognostic factor in pancreatic carcinoma. |
