| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨眼动脉瘤的手术入路。方法 对25例成人头部固定标本进行眼动脉与邻近结构关系的观察，并对9具新鲜尸头进行经鼻蝶入路蝶窦内解剖观察。结果 经鼻蝶入路大多可获得眼动脉瘤颈的正面视野。结论 经鼻蝶入路治疗眼动脉瘤是可能的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the approach for treating oph thalmic aneurysms.Methods The structures of ophthalmic artery and relative areas of25adult cadav eric heads were observed and measured,and the structures in sephanoidal sinus of9fresh adult cadaveric heads were observed.Results By the endoscopic endonasal transphenoidal approach we can get a direct exposure for the neck of ophthalmic aneurysms.Conclusion The endoscopic endonasal transphenoidal approach used in treating ophthalmic aneurysms is credible. |
