摘    要:本文对10周肥胖小鼠的血糖、血胰岛素浓度和棕色脂肪组织的乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)活性进行了研究.10周金硫葡萄糖(GTG)小鼠呈现高血糖,高胰岛素血症,其棕色脂肪组织用u/g鲜组织表示的ACC活性均低于对照,而用mu/mg蛋白质表示时,三组动物的总ACC活性与对照无明显差异.基础和柠檬酸盐刺激的ACC活性则低于对照.结果表明,10周GTG肥胖鼠棕色脂肪组织存在胰岛素抵抗.

Abstract:The plasma glucose and insulin concentrations and activity of ACC in the brown adipose tissue (BAT) were studied on 10 week-gold thioglucose(GTG)-obese mice in this article. The GTG obese mice were hyperglycaenic and hyperinsulinaemic. The activity of ACC (u/g fresh tissue) in the BAT of all the GTG mice was reduced. The basal and citrate-stimulated activities of ACC (mu/mg protein) were also reduced but the entire activity of ACC (mu/mg protein) was not significantly diffrent from that of the control mice. The results indicated that the insulin resistance was present in the BAT of 10 week-GTG mice.
